1.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the Service.
1.3. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.4. Integration with Third-party Services: Siraj Al Fikr integrates with third-party Language Learning Models (LLMs), including but not limited to OpenAI, Gemini, and others, to provide enhanced conversational capabilities. While we strive to select high-quality partners, Siraj Al Fikr does not control and is not responsible for the content generated by these third-party services. Users are encouraged to use discretion and judgment while interacting with the Service.
2.1. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial, granting full access to all functionalities of the Service without any token limitations.
2.2. Upon conclusion of the free trial, unless the user cancels before the trial period ends, the subscription automatically converts to a full annual subscription at a cost of $120 per year. This subscription includes a limitation of 10,000 tokens per month.
2.3. Users may purchase additional tokens if needed during the subscription month. Details on additional token purchases will be provided within the Service.
2.4. Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel their subscription during the trial period by visiting the "Manage My Subscription" page. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period and the user is rebilled, no refunds will be issued. However, users can cancel their renewal for the following year.
3.1. In order to access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the Service ("User Content").
4.2. You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
